This project is the classic end of the pipe problem, only this one occurred in a mature Beech forest that was fortunate to have a caring community around it, the Village of Arden. After pursuing litigation and receiving a settlement, they leveraged the funds to complete construction drawings and implementation. ForeSite was retained for the construction drawings and construction administration.
