Prospective Landscape Architects / Designers

Professional licensure or ability and interest in obtaining one within 3 years of hire.
Proficient with the Adobe Suite
Proficient in CAD, highlight additional skillsets with Civil 3D, Revit, or other Autodesk products
Strong written and verbal skills
Highlight experience with specifications, project management, construction drawing preparation, GIS, and/or native planting design

Prospective Civil Engineers / EITs

Professional licensure or ability and interest in obtaining one within 3 years of hire.
Proficient in CAD, highlight additional skillsets with Civil 3D, Revit, or other Autodesk products
Strong written and verbal skills
Highlight experience with stormwater modeling, traffic design, best management practices, sanitary / storm sewer design, and/or HEC-RAS and other natural systems modeling

Prospective Ecological Restorationists

Minimum CERPIT qualifications
Strong written and verbal skills
Project management
Willingness to learn design tools such as AutoCAD
Highlight experience with project monitoring, fluvial environments, plant establishment and maintenance, and/or experience with systems design and implementation.
